August 20 -- "Beam Me Up!"
Here are the new micro-lam beams that were installed yesterday. There are three: the nearest represents the header for the sliding door system; the middle (more visible in the second photo) straddles the rebuilt wall sections; the third can be seen somewhat, mounted on the far stone wall above the window and door.

At first, I was torn between complimenting you on the natural wood tone finish. Then, I was going to chastise for finishing the floors before work completion.
