December 22 -- Rebuilding the Furnace Chimney

Moving on to the next chimney today: which handles the exhaust from the basement furnace. This chimney leaned precariously, had decaying porous brickwork, and loose mortar. It was dismantled to the roof line and will be rebuilt this week.
